Fall retreat.... TROUT LAKE BABY!

A story in pictures, and few words...

The ever so long bus ride there... [some actually from the ride back too, those are generally the lighted ones]

[video is being stupid, go here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNxVWNgLk_w]

The people mover once we got there [where i first saw fake andrew, details later]

The cabin

The new cabin because we got kicked out of the other cabin

Chapel/pacman/ADHLSD man [attention deficit hyperactive lazy spastic disorder]. The giant couch was really comfy, but I lost my camera when we snuck in to sit on it.

Games n Such

Food

Jake comes along

Emo-ing on the steps

Pencil Fighting

Breakdancing

Bon Fire

Hair Dying wars

me + fake andrew.

This is the story... so I noticed how he looked so much like him, so I got the great idea to take a picture of him. So I go up to him while he's eating and I say "Hey, you look a lot like... this one guy." and he goes "Oh really?" And some other guy goes "haha everyone looks like someone else... WHO?!" and I'm like "Andrew McMahon" and they all look at each other and then ask me "Who's that?" and I go "This singer guy." and they all go ahhh. And then the other guy goes again "Come one! sit by him! Put your arm around him!" and then I do and we take the picture and the other guy goes "You should do like a hand sign or something" and so he makes like a peace sign thing all gangsta and whatnot, but we didnt end up taking a second picture. I look like a marshmellow.

Cool, I'm a nobody.

What Race Were You Born To Be
created by Writermadman
Your Results:
Clear
You're clear!! Some might say you're having an identity crisis, others would argu you got it all figured out. For once you're someone who wont let themselves be stereotyped, and you're open to all kinds of new things. Usually you don't go by your culture, you do what comes natural. Also you if you're like me get really pissed-off and confused when someone tells you to Hang with ur own people! because you really don't have people but that's good cause all people are YOUR people. Live clear baby, live clear!!

Sweet.

Anyways.

yesterday, I was thinking about the song moodrings, and I'm like "huh. This suurreeee does relate to Mr Stanton..." and then I altered the lyrics to make the song about Mr Stanton! THE RESULT?!!!

we all know the man that i am talking about
well he's a time bomb and he is ticking
and the only question's when he'll blow up
and he'll blow up; we know that without a doubt
cause he's that man, yeah you know that man that lets their emotions get the best of them

and i've contrived some sort of a plan to help my fellow man
let's get mr stanton to wear mood rings
so we'll be tipped off to when he's ticked off
cause we'll know just what he's thinking
cause what he's thinking...

he's so pretty but he but doesn't always act that way
his mood's out swinging on the swing set almost every day
he said to me that he's so happy it's depressing
and all i said was "someone get that man a mood ring"

if it's drama you want then look no further
he's like the real world meets boy meets world meets days of our lives
and it just kills me how he gets away with murder
he'll anger you then bat his eyes; those pretty eyes that watch you sympathize

and i've contrived some sort of a plan to help my fellow man
let's get mr stanton to wear mood rings
so we'll be tipped off to when he's ticked off
cause we'll know just what he's thinking
cause what he's thinking...

he's so pretty but he but doesn't always act that way
his mood's out swinging on the swing set almost every day
he said to me that he's so stressed out that it's soothing
and all i said was "someone get that man a mood ring"

cause when it's black (it) means watch your back because you're probably
the last person in the world right now he wants to see
and when it's blue it means that you should call him up immediately
and ask him out because he'll most likely agree
and when it's green it simply means that he is really stressed
and when it's clear it means he's completely emotionless (and that's all right i must confess)

we all know the man that i am talking about
he liked you wednesday but now it's friday and he has to wash his hair
and it just figures that we'll never figure him out
first he's jekyll and then he's hyde....at least he makes a lovely pair

mood ring oh mood ring
oh tell me will you bring
the key to unlock this mystery
of mr stanton and his emotions
play it back in slow motion
so i may understand the complex infrastructure known as mr stanton's mind

Man, I'm clever. Oh yeah, today we actually gave him a moodring. He said "Oh thank you so much its very pretty." and then later in class he got all dramatic and low like "my mood is changing..." I'm pretty sure he's bipolar, or multipersonality. Yeah.

Tomorrow I'm telling ghost stories. Um. Pray for me. Haha.

Words of the day:
I'm pretty much a one trick pony, what you see is what you get. I can however open a beer bottle with a water bottle which generally goes over pretty well at parties.
-mr andrew mcmahon

PS. I recently learned that when I was in first grade, someone with the last name of McMahon went to my school. Fun stuff I tell ya.

I broke a wine glass at the Olive Garden.

Jenna, your IQ score is 131

Your overall intelligence quotient is the result of a scientifically-tested formula based on how many questions you answered correctly. But it's only part of what we learned about you from your answers on the test. We also determined the way you process information.

The way you think about things makes you a Numerical Logician. This means that you're exceptionally strong in mathematics and at using logic to solve problems — you have a way with numbers. But that's not all — compared to others you're very detail-oriented, highly organized, and good at understanding things on a complex and abstract level. You're also a quick study when it comes to learning new things or understanding new concepts.

How did we determine that your thinking style is that of a Numerical Logician? When we examined your test results further, we analyzed how you scored on 8 dimensions of intelligence: spatial, organizational, abstract reasoning, logical, mechanical, verbal, visual and numerical. The 3 dimensions you scored highest on combine to make you a Numerical Logician. Only 6 out of 1,000 people have this rare combination of abilities.

I went to a concert the other night, it rocked. I hung out with the band for the rest of the night at the merch table. Mmhmm.

Been busy all this week. Went to Taylor's on Wednesday and to the movies to see Employee of the Month, the cleaner upper dude was nice to us. We messed around, as usual. Thursday, slept over at Katies and watched Failure to Launch. I love Kit. Christopher kept trying to beat me up. Yar. Friday night I went to the concert, then slept over at Kara's. Saturday afternoon I was a couch patato and watched movies all night. Then today I went to church and um yeah.

Words of the day:

Hmph.

I take forever to update.

I bought a CD. S59's "I am the portregeuse blues" for $7. Got CCM. Celebrated Friday the 13th. My friends dressed me up like Marilyn Monroe.

I put together signs for the mayor of Elko [a city right by us] today. My friend is the mayor's daughter, so yeah. It was interesting. It was hard, man, hard. We watched One Tree Hill. I've never seen that show before.
...It's confusing.

words of the day:
Slap that baby and make it pee!
